Terms of Service

1. The service

Snippable is an SEO co-pilot operated by Dhisattva AI Pvt Ltd. It connects (with your permission) to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, identifies SEO issues, drafts fixes, and — where you enable it — publishes those fixes to your own website. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Snippable. The service is intended for business and professional use.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials secure; notify us promptly at support@bachao.ai of any unauthorised use.
• You're responsible for the users and team members you invite into your workspace and for their use of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Snippable for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the security or tenant isolation of the service, or access another customer's data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the service except as permitted by law.
• Use the service to send spam or to manipulate search results in violation of search-engine guidelines.
• Overload or interfere with the service's infrastructure.

5. Google & third-party data

When you connect Google, you authorise Snippable to access your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data on a read-only basis, solely to provide the features you requested. Our handling of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Google properties you add.

6. Your content & sites

You retain all ownership of your website, content, and data ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the service (e.g. to analyse, draft fixes, and — at your direction — publish them). When Snippable publishes a fix to your site, it does so on your instruction and under your control; you remain responsible for what is published on your own properties.

7. Plans, billing & tax

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processors (Razorpay for INR, Cashfree for international cards). We do not store full card numbers.
• Prices are as shown on our pricing page and may exclude applicable taxes. Indian customers receive a GST-compliant invoice valid for input credit.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select, including renewals, until you cancel.

8. Trial, cancellation & refunds

• We offer a 14-day trial with no credit card required, where stated.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@bachao.ai and we'll review it in good faith.

9. Intellectual property

The Snippable software, design, and brand are owned by Dhisattva AI Pvt Ltd. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. AI-generated output

Snippable uses AI to generate SEO recommendations and content drafts. AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it. We provide review and approval controls for this reason. Output is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, ranking improvement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add, or remove features over time. If we make a materially adverse change to a paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific SEO outcome, ranking, or traffic result — search engines are outside our control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhisattva AI Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhisattva AI Pvt Ltd from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or Your Content.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
